Arrival rate, service rate and worker count give utilisation, and utilisation alone decides whether any backlog is temporary. Simulates a shaped 24-hour day rather than a flat rate, because most queues are fine at the mean and underwater at midday, then charts backlog against arrivals and capacity. Reports when the backlog clears, how many workers the peak actually needs, and why running above 85% utilisation makes queueing delay stop being linear.
