Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 8, 2026

Summary

This Privacy Policy explains how Masterboard AI (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Masterboard AI website, applications, and related services (the “Services”).

This policy is provided for transparency and product readiness. It is not legal advice.

Information we collect

  • Account data: email, authentication identifiers, and profile attributes you provide.
  • Usage data: feature usage, pages viewed, and diagnostics (e.g. logs, error reports).
  • Device & network data: approximate location (from IP), browser type, OS, and similar metadata.
  • Support messages: if you contact us, we collect the contents of your message and any info you send.
  • Payment & payout data: payments are processed by third-party providers (PayPal, NOWPayments) — we do not store card numbers. For marketplace sellers we store the payout details you provide (e.g. PayPal email or crypto wallet address) and transaction records (sales, fees, payouts).

How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
  • Analyze performance and troubleshoot reliability issues.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us run the platform (e.g. authentication, hosting, databases, email delivery). We may also share information when required by law or to protect the Services.

If you list a strategy on the Strategy Marketplace, the listing content you provide (title, description, pricing) and platform-generated performance metrics are visible to other users. If you opt in to an exclusive acquisition offer, we share your strategy's performance details with the prospective buyer as part of presenting the offer; your identity is not disclosed without your consent.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No security measure is perfect.

Your choices

  • You can update account information from your account settings where available.
  • You can request deletion or export of your data, subject to legal/operational constraints.
