Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
What comes with the free Trader Journal?
The free Trader Journal includes basic trade logging, performance tracking, and a limited set of analytics to help you improve your trading.
How often is market data updated?
Every paid plan includes real-time market data, updated as frequently as the exchanges provide. The free plan shows 15-minute delayed data.
Who can use the Strategy Marketplace?
The Marketplace is included with every paid plan (Basic, Pro, Enterprise, and Lifetime). Any paid account can browse and buy strategies and apps, and list what they build for sale. Purchased strategies unlock in your Strategy Builder even if they contain elements above your subscription tier.
How do royalties work when I sell a strategy?
You keep 80% of every strategy sale (Masterboard retains a 20% platform fee) and 60% of every app sale, where the higher fee covers the AI generation cost Masterboard paid to build it. Earnings accumulate in your Seller Earnings dashboard and are paid out monthly (on the 1st) via PayPal or cryptocurrency once your balance reaches the $10 minimum. You can track every sale, fee, and payout in the dashboard.
How does the referral program work?
Every account gets a personal referral link (find it on the Marketplace page). You earn two ways: when someone signs up through your link and subscribes to a paid plan, you earn 50% of their first plan payment; and if they sell strategies on the marketplace, you earn 5% of every one of their sales — for as long as they keep selling. Sale commissions come out of Masterboard's platform fee, so your referral's own 80% seller share is never reduced. Referral earnings accumulate in your seller balance and pay out through the same monthly payouts.
Can Masterboard sell my strategy for me?
Yes — for top-performing strategies, Masterboard AI actively shops them around to potential buyers (including funds and private traders) interested in owning a strategy exclusively. If a buyer makes an offer, the choice to sell is entirely yours. If you accept, you receive 50% of the final sale price, and the strategy transfers to the buyer exclusively — it is delisted from the marketplace and can no longer be sold or distributed by you. If you decline, nothing changes and your strategy stays yours.
