A GLS covariance-weighted statistical arbiter — never a majority vote — produces p05–p95 return distributions, directional probability, scenarios, assumptions and machine-checkable invalidation conditions. It discounts correlated agents, exposes dissent, replays itself walk-forward for calibration, and refuses to publish a call with NO_TRADEABLE_EDGE when the evidence cannot support one.
