Simulates four weeks of pages onto a 24-hour clock weighted toward business hours, counting nights disturbed, because the cost of a low-precision rule is paid at 3am. Ends with the trade in plain numbers: deleting every rule under 30% precision removes a specific share of all pages and costs a specific number of genuine catches.
