Generates passphrases from a word list using the platform CSPRNG, with options for separator, capitalisation, digits and a symbol. Entropy is computed from the generator\u2019s own choices rather than from how the result looks, which is the distinction that explains why a long string of ordinary words beats a short one of symbols.
