Stages laid out as a left-to-right flow, each feeding the next: trim, case, regex replace, keep or drop matching lines, take a CSV column, slugify, dedupe, sort, number. Switch a stage off rather than deleting it to see what it contributed. Three presets, a live line count on both sides, and the point that order is the program — deduplicating before trimming keeps entries that differ only by trailing whitespace.
