A brass-plated cabinet card on dark ground, serif throughout, with an accession number and a definition list of collection data. The shell itself is drawn from the same seed that writes the label — a logarithmic spiral whose growth ratio, whorl count and aperture are all reported back in the text beneath it. Press for the next specimen and the entire card, drawing included, is regenerated.
