Paste two dotenv-style files and get four groups — different value, missing from each side, identical — with anything whose key looks like a credential masked to a prefix and a length. Handles export prefixes, quoted values, comments and optional case-insensitive keys. Calls out the specific drift that bites: a credential present in one environment and absent in the other, which usually surfaces as a confusing runtime error rather than a clean failure at boot.
