Three real runbooks — production deploy, incident response, month-end close — where each step carries the reason it exists and an owner tag. Starting the run begins a clock, checking a step records how long it took, and the highlighted row is always the next open one. Every action lands in a T+ log you can copy out, because a runbook without timings is a list and with them it is evidence.
