Every logged error carries a category and a dollar cost, aggregated into a Pareto view sorted by damage with a cumulative marker, so the categories responsible for 80% of the loss are named. The point it makes is the gap between the two rankings: the mistake you notice is the one that happens often, and the one that costs you is the one that happens rarely and badly. Reports both, and says plainly that nothing survives closing the page.
