Six setups as cards, each with win rate, average win and loss in R, and expectancy with a two-standard-error interval — so a setup that looks excellent over twelve trades is visibly not distinguishable from zero. Logging a win or loss updates the running averages. Ranks every setup on a diverging bar and computes what the book would have made with the negative setups removed, which is usually a larger improvement than adding a new one.
