Patients queue by urgency then by how long they have waited, and are called into whichever of three rooms is free. Flag anyone urgent to move them up, discharge to free the room, and add walk-ins as they arrive. Tracks estimated time to clear the queue, and a stats screen reports average wait and consult length once people have been seen.
